Selection and recruitment
module aims to increase efficient hiring and retaining of professionals in tourism
micro/SME’s by ensuring consistency and compliance in the recruitment and
selection process. This module will equip beneficiaries with the capacity to
effectively plan and manage the selection and recruitment of the human
resources process. From the description of the needed profile to the practical
selection of the professional needed, from the engagement of the person to its
work inclusion, beneficiaries will be able to get acquainted with the necessary
steps and with relevant available tools supporting the process, so as to be
able to conduct the recruitment practice.
Where possible, analogies to the situation of individual entrepreneurs
regarding their own qualification are included.
At the end of the module, a certificate of attendance will be issued after completing the evaluation questionnaire.
